Sites we've designed, built, and host
Website hosting and custom code is one of the services we offer. Here is some of that work.
We build and host business websites and custom web applications on infrastructure we manage ourselves: Apache on Linux, PHP 8, MySQL, and Bootstrap, behind a load balancer with TLS. That means one company is responsible for the code, the server it runs on, the database behind it, and the backups, rather than three vendors pointing at each other when something breaks. Typical engagements range from a brochure site for a local business to line-of-business applications that replace a spreadsheet somebody has been maintaining by hand for years.
Secure records and billing portal for a Colorado fire district, giving staff a dependable fallback path for getting patient care records to billing when the primary route is unavailable.
Summit Fire & EMS runs ImageTrend for electronic patient care reporting. Billing depends on those records reaching the billing team reliably, and a break in the primary path means completed calls sitting unbilled.
We built the SFE Records Portal as a dedicated backup route. Authorized staff sign in to a private, access-controlled portal to retrieve and submit the records billing needs, so a problem upstream does not stop the district from getting paid. Accounts are provisioned individually and access is restricted per user.

Custom-built site and donation platform for a 501(c)(3) that funds classroom access to primary source curriculum for schools working with limited budgets.
Waypoints Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity that helps schools, districts, and teachers get access to the Waypoints teaching platform when budgets fall short. We designed and built the site from the ground up rather than dropping it on a CMS, and we host and maintain it.
Giving is the heart of the project. The site integrates Anedot to process one-time and recurring tax-deductible donations, so the foundation can run a real fundraising operation without card data ever touching its own servers or pulling it into PCI scope. Alongside that we built the grant application path schools use to request funding.

Custom-built site for a Colorado singer-songwriter, covering tour dates, streaming links, booking inquiries, and a self-hosted fan mailing list.
Nellie Mar is a singer-songwriter based in the Colorado mountains, playing regularly around Breckenridge and Silverthorne. She needed one place that worked for three very different audiences: fans looking for the music, venues looking to book her, and clients commissioning custom songs.
We designed and built the site to order, with no CMS or off-the-shelf template. It brings together a show calendar with venue details and calendar export, direct links out to Spotify and Apple Music, a booking inquiry form with date selection, and a fan mailing list that runs on her own site rather than through a third-party newsletter service. We host and maintain it.

Website for a Colorado Springs nonprofit offering equine assisted therapy, covering programs, events, volunteer and sponsorship paths, and online donations.
Horse Partners is a 501(c)(3) in Colorado Springs providing trauma informed therapy and learning programs built around partnership with horses. People arrive dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship struggles, so the site has to feel welcoming before it does anything else.
We designed and built it to order with no CMS behind it. It covers their programs and therapy offerings, introduces the team and the horses themselves, and gives visitors clear routes into the three things the organization runs on: donating, volunteering, and sponsoring a horse. Donations process through Stripe, and the contact form is protected with reCAPTCHA so the inbox stays usable. We host and maintain it.

Multi-tenant SaaS platform for route planning and dispatch, built in-house and running in production for field service companies. Available to license.
PlanMyStops is our own product, built from the ground up and running live for field service operators in trades like grease trap pumping and fuel delivery. It replaces the whiteboard-and-clipboard approach to daily dispatch.
Customers import directly from QuickBooks Online, service locations are assigned route codes, and daily routes are built and optimized with Google Fleet Engine. Dispatchers watch stops complete in real time. Drivers work from a progressive web app that handles stop completion, photo capture, and GPS check-ins, backed by a token-authenticated API rather than a browser session.
The platform is multi-tenant, so one deployment runs multiple companies side by side. We are opening it up to license for other field service businesses.

Self-hostable bookmark manager that keeps your links out of any one browser, organized into profiles you can share with specific people at specific permission levels.
Browser bookmarks are stuck in the browser that made them, and the well-organized ones are usually stuck on somebody's work laptop. Global Net Guide is our own product, built to fix that.
Links live in a three-level structure: profiles hold categories, categories hold bookmarks, and everything can be dragged into the order you want and color-coded so you can find things at a glance. You can import what you already have straight from your browser and export it back out whenever you like, so nothing is trapped here either.
Sharing is where it gets interesting. A profile can stay private, go fully public, or be shared with named people at specific permission levels, with an invitation they accept before anything appears in their account. Registration is free, and the whole thing is built to be self-hosted if you would rather run it on your own server.

Suicide prevention site built around a single promise, with generated certificates and inspiration stories from people who kept theirs.
Stop For Life asks for one promise from someone in crisis, and gives them something tangible to hold onto afterward. A visitor makes the promise, and the site generates a personalized certificate as a PDF they can keep or print.
We built the promise flow, the inspiration library, and the certificate generation, along with the QR codes that let the printed certificates lead back to the site.

Group event coordination platform built around a day-of RSVP check-in, so organizers know who is actually showing up rather than who said yes three weeks ago.
MySocialCal is our own product, built for the kind of group that meets again and again: poker nights, hiking clubs, book clubs, jeep groups, rec leagues. Groups schedule one-time or recurring events, track RSVPs against minimum and maximum headcounts, share photos, and log results afterward.
The piece that makes it different is the day-of confirmation. Plenty of apps collect an RSVP three weeks out and call it done. MySocialCal follows up on the morning of the event to ask whether you are still in, and that answer updates the day-of headcount separately from the original RSVP. Organizers stop guessing how many people will actually walk through the door.
Notifications go out by email and SMS through SendGrid and Twilio, opt-in only. Groups run tiered admin roles so an organizer can delegate without handing over the keys.

Web-based employee time clock and timesheet system with pay-period CSV export, built to replace paper timesheets and manual payroll re-entry.
A distributor was tracking employee hours on paper and rekeying them into spreadsheets every pay period. That is slow, and it produces exactly the kind of transcription errors that turn into payroll corrections later.
We built a web-based time clock to replace it. Employees punch in and out from any browser and review their own timesheets. Managers get an admin view covering every employee at once. At the end of each pay period the data exports to CSV shaped for payroll, so nobody retypes anything. The system handles multiple companies, so a single deployment can run more than one payroll.

Rebuild of a 1997 ASP Classic site into modern PHP, preserving a century of cliff jumping history at The Clam in La Jolla before the original platform died with the server it ran on.
TheClam.com went up in 1997 and ran on ASP Classic on Windows Server 2000 for the better part of thirty years. The cliff jumping tradition it documented goes back roughly a century and is now outlawed, which makes the site the record rather than a companion to the real thing.
We rebuilt it in modern procedural PHP on MySQL, carrying the photos, videos, jumping index, guest book, and news across intact. Content preservation drove every decision: the goal was to move a fragile archive onto a stack that will still run in another twenty years, not to redesign it into something its community would not recognize.
